The WeighLess program is the culmination of 27 years working with thousands of clients - everything that worked and nothing that doesn't. This allows for the most enjoyable, common-sense approach to weight loss you've ever tried. This is your path to making weight loss feel automatic.
Not only is this program designed to help you weigh less mentally and physically, it's also the lightest program you've ever tried. Since we know what works and what doesn't, what you actually need to focus on is a far smaller grouping of things than you ever thought you needed.
Each evening at 8:00 PM, you'll receive tomorrow's complete plan, allowing you to:
1. Get mentally prepared - One of our core habits is thinking ahead about nutrition and movement before hunger or fatigue strikes.
2. Plan your meals - You'll receive optimized nutrition options based on your dietary preferences (omnivore, vegetarian, or vegan), all designed to be high in protein, rich in fiber, and properly portioned.
3. Prepare for your workout so you can schedule it in - Each day follows our proven training split that alternates between strength training and cardiovascular exercise, with detailed instructions for all fitness levels. Putting things on the calendar and scheduling ahead is a key habit.
4. Focus on a key habit - Every day reinforces one of the 10 foundational habits plus applicable mindset tips that have worked for successful clients.
5. Get accountable - Each email includes a prompt to share in our WeighLess Together community, where members who engage are 70% more likely to achieve their goals.
This is how seven days should look regardless of what day you start. We're specifically eliminating the idea of "starting on Monday" because that thinking leads to unnecessary delays and disappointment.
Day 1: Total Body Strength
Day 2: Zone 2 Cardio (low-intensity, fat-burning)
Day 3: Upper Body Strength
Day 4: Zone 2 Cardio
Day 5: Lower Body + Core Strength
Day 6: Optional HIIT or Zone 2 Cardio
