From 290 to 250: How Darrius Mumford is Winning the Health Game

​“I’m proud to say that I have reached a milestone in my life of getting into better health both mentally and physically. Discipline and consistency are the name of the game,” Darrius shares. “I came across John’s page at a time when I was really low. With his information, I was able to lose 40 pounds—from 290 to 250. I still have other milestones to reach, but I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished.”

The Power of Progress

Caloric Balance: Staying within his caloric limit while indulging occasionally kept things flexible and sustainable.

Darrius admits there were tough days, but he credits his refusal to give up as his biggest win. “Consistency doesn’t mean perfection,” he says. “It means showing up more often than not.”
